Makorra Week: Day 1

sooo.... here it is!!
first day of the makorra week!

I pretty much enjoyed drawing and coloring this one... it was quickly done. and then I discovered some new brushes in my new version of Gimp, so I'm pretty excited for how the other entries will turn out
oh and yes her hair is not in the usual style...
I guess she'd let it flow all around her face in the wind. whoknows. this way she kind of reminds me to Katara..
aand I also decided to write a little drabble for every MW piece of mine... enjoy the first one.


Flying was something she never expected to experience. But with her airbending, she was able do to anything she ever wanted. To run with the wind as fast as she could, to fall from the sky without getting hurt, to finally be the lief, to be lightweight.
And it was no fun without him being with her.
She pretended they have wings, when it was just soft air, and she flew them up aloft.
Then she let it go.
And they were falling, but it was not dangerous, not formidable but wonderful. And their wings were made of sunset, of the orange sky, and the white feathers protected them from crushing onto the ground.
And when they were inches above the earth, she moved her hand just like she learnt it, and she was safe, and so was he.
And he wasn't scared. He trusted her with his life.
